Need to arrange for a return or a refund if your book received was damaged or faulty?

No problem.

Just contact us here and use the subject “RETURNS/REFUNDS” and our customer service team will get back to you. – Please include order number and a phone number, so we can expedite your request as fast as possible.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card (or tender type) that was charged for the original purchase.

If a product is returned for any reason other than it being faulty or not as described, the customer is liable for postage, and the book must be in mint condition when returned.

eBooks  cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless faulty.
