No changes to an order can be made once order has been made.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
REFUNDS
Contact us here and use the subject “RETURNS/REFUNDS” and our customer service team will get back to you within 2 working days. Please include order number, email address and a phone number, so we can expedite your request as fast as possible.
Approved refunds will be made to the same credit card (or tender type) that was charged for the original purchase in most cases.
Refunds are accepted only if the goods are faulty or not as described. eBooks cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase unless faulty.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Paperback shipping times may vary, but they will normally be despatched 2-5 working days from the date of purchase, in most cases directly from our printer. Most titles listed on Airbooks are ‘printed on demand’, once an order has been received. Please then also add the appropriate number of days it may take for Australia Post for Australian orders or FedEx to deliver to you from Melbourne VIC. This can be anywhere from 2-10 working days depnding on location.
eBooks and Gift Certificates are delivered instantly, via a download link emailed to your email address.
INSUFFICIENT AND/OR INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers who enter addresses that Australia Post have deemed having incorrect and/or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
If Airbooks is found to be responsible for incorrectly addressing a package then Airbooks will be responsible for the resending, replacement or refund of the items not delivered or delayed.
Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered by Airbooks.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Airbooks currently only delivers to Australian addresses.

Airbooks keeps all personal information submitted in the strictest confidence. Important Note – no credit card details are received or stored by Airbooks. All credit card purchases are processed by third-party secure payment merchant Paypal. We will not share your personal information to any third party outside of Airbooks without your permission.
